Downtown San Bernardino Passenger Rail Project Construction Notice: 3rd Street to Close Permanently on February 4, 2016

SAN BERNARDINO, CA – As part of the Downtown San Bernardino Passenger Rail Project, 3rd Street will be closed permanently at the railroad tracks just east of J Street beginning Thursday, February 4, 2016. Traffic will not be permitted to cross the railroad tracks from either direction.
Motorists traveling to the Santa Fe Depot should use 2nd Street to K Street or Metrolink Way. Truck traffic will not be allowed to travel through residential streets.

While we transition to this permanent closure, we are encouraging all commuters and visitors traveling to the Santa Fe Depot to plan accordingly and allow additional time to reach your destination.
