The Board has approved the implementation plan of the Emergency Communication Nurse System (ECNS) in the Emergency Medical Dispatch Plan. Implementing ECNS will help address non-emergency 911 calls in a more effective and efficient manner by determining the right care, at the right time, and in the right place.
